SEQ Sand & Soil have large natural deposits of Loam, composed mostly of equal amounts of fine sand and silt with a small amount of clay, processed through our 6mm screening plant to remove any large particles and to ensure quality, a very versatile product suitable for use within the construction industries e g: tilers loam, bedding sand, medium paving sand, can also be used for top dressing for sporting ovals.
